Arrival: We will spend as much time as you need to be fully acquainted with your apartment, the building and the services available in the area. If you have any queries or need any assistance, please feel free to reach out.

Departure: Please ensure your apartment is (within reason), in the same condition that you found it to avoid additional fees. Checkout is 10:00 am.  Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench & close the door. We want things to go smoothly on your departure day, so no need to wash the linen and fit it. Just strip the bed and leave all of the linen in a corner. We hope that you had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will recommend us to your family and colleagues.

Electricity: Please do not run heating or cooling when not in your apartment. The cost of electricity is substantial.

Fire And/Or Emergency: Evacuate immediately and ring the national emergency hot line on 000.

Gymnasium:  Located on the ground floor near the elevator, our gym is a great place to exercise, pump some iron and burn some calories. See Keys below for access details.

Hot Water: If experiencing issues with hot water fluctuation, (a) open hot tap fully (b) slowly open cold tap till you get to the desired temperature.

House Rules: If your booking is via Airbnb, it is a pre-requisite to please read them.

Internet: Access to the internet is essential when you are in a new environment. It is included complimentary and unlimited for your convenience.  Please see Gary to obtain login credentials.

Keys: A set of 2 keys comprising (a) the main front pedestrian entrance door and (b) a restricted apartment door key are provided for each adult guest. In your bottom kitchen drawer is the gym key.

Letterbox: Most folk don’t use “snail mail” these days. However a letterbox is available, at the front of the property. Simply lift the letterbox door to retrieve any mail.

MYKI Cards: These cards that can be used across all forms of public transport including tram train and bus. They can be purchased/topped up at the local train station.

Parking Permit: We are well placed for public transportation.  However if you also have a car, we may be able to provide a permit so that you can park in the local area for unlimited periods of time.

Pots & Pans: We provide adequate non metal kitchen tools so that you dont need to use metal forks etc that scratch the pots non stick surface.

Rubbish: The rubbish corral is conveniently located at the front of the property opposite the letterboxes.

Rules: The Body Corporate have a number of rules to protect all residents well being. In summary, they are; no smoking, no loud music, no items on common property (ie runners, towels over balustrade, clothes airer, rubbish etc).

Smoking: The apartment and building and the entire outside areas are all non smoking.

Servicing: Serviced apartments are serviced, usually weekly. Your apartment is a furnished apartment, ie not a serviced apartment. It is important that you return it in the same condition (within reason) as you found it at the start of your stay. Should you wish to have your furnished apartment serviced (cleaned) during your stay, we are happy to put you in touch with our housekeepers who charge $75 for a clean and  $25 for replacement linen.

Starter Pack: We understand that you may be exhausted after a long trip and so we provide one-off essentials in the form of a starter pack to help out. This includes fruit, water, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. On-going supplies, cleaning items, shampoo etc are the guest responsibility.

Stock: If you need extra cutlery, crockery, glasses, vacuum cleaner bag etc. please let us know….happy to assist. A mop is available on request.
