All amenities available in the apartment.Verified Gary and Blessing were great hosts and the place was perfect for my one month stay while working in the cbd. Really clean snd comfy Great place !! Thanks Gary :)Verified Newly renovated comfortable apartment in secure building. I was especially pleased with the nonslip surface of the walk in shower. Also although the mattress didn’t seem particularly special, I slept on it seven weeks and found that my normally bothersome hip arthritis stopped troubling me entirely. So I would rate this mattress excellent. Warning: There is a lift to the apartment, but unfortunately the apartment isn’t quite accessible as there is a step at the threshold. One more warning. South Yarra turns out to be a good location for heading off in several directions by train. However, this apartment is on a hill so both getting to train station or to Yarra River path required a rather steep descent, while getting to the botanical garden requires an ascent. All in all this apartment offered a wonderful experience of Melbourne and I appreciated the very helpful host.Verified Comfortable apartment in a convenient location. I enjoyed my 5 months there and highly recommendVerified The location was ideal - we especially loved the easy walkability to South Yarra Train and the 58 Tram which got us everywhere really quickly and easily. We also loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood and easy walk to the Botanical gardens and river. The apartment was VERY functional - since we were there for a month a hand towel in the bathroom would have been REALLY nice. The kitchen stock was adequate - we couldn't find the Lavazza pods at the Big W as listed, so we ended up buying a small French Press which we used every morning. We seldom used the dishwasher as with so few eating utensils (3 forks) we needed to wash after every meal. There were no bikes as listed, nor cooking oil. From the US point of view, I question calling the tupperware container a "rice cooker".
